With a combination of cardio dance moves and floorwork that would make Jane Fonda proud, 80s Fit will get you rocking that bitchin’ body. One hour classes will have you sweating, thrusting, pumping, stretching and toning, all while laughing and singing along to your favourite 80′s tunes.
BELLY DANCE TOOL KIT
Learn the tricks of the trade with this new belly dance class. Belly dance Took Kit is a prop based class where you get to play and learn how to use traditional and modern props, such as veils, canes, fans, wings and zills often used in Belly Dance performance. Each week has a different prop incorporated with fun and flirty new belly dance routines. This class is all inclusive, basic and advanced techniques are taught to cater to your ability.
