Terms & Conditions/Refunds Policy
Prepaid programs and dance classes
If you pay for a dance class, short course or full time dance program in advance, we will refund the fee if:
the program is cancelled, or
you can show us medical evidence that the program will cause you physical harm or cause a physical injury, or
the law requires us to refund the fee.
Short & Full Time Courses
Registration fees and performance fees are non-refundable.
Non-attendance does not constitute withdrawal. We require two weeks advanced written notice if you or your child wishes to withdraw from our program.
We do not refund absences. No refunds/credits are given to for dancers missing classes, missed classes due to vacation, holidays and/or days off from school.
Tuition refund policy: Yearly payees: No refunds shall be made for withdrawals not made in a timely manner and the undersigned dancer and the parent/guardian shall remain responsible for the full annual tuition. See full time dance course fees information for further details.
Cancellation of dance classes
The Space Dance & Arts Centre reserves the right to change or cancel a lesson up to and including the date of the lesson if insufficient bookings have been received. In the event of a lesson being altered or cancelled every effort will be made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates, times or venues. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative, a voucher valid for 12 months (please note only one change per person) or a refund will be granted at the discretion of The Space Dance & Arts Centre.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers valid for 12 months (please
note only one change per person) and refunds will be granted only in
exceptional circumstance at the discretion of The Space Dance &
Arts Centre. Proof of circumstances may be required eg Doctors
Certificate.
